Covid-19 Update

To our valued patients and community,

Kenton Family Eye Care has made the decision to return to regular office hours as of May 4th.  We are, however, continuing to follow social distancing guidelines as per the recommendation of the governor and the CDC.

If you are having flu-like symptoms, a cough or have known exposure to the COVID-19 virus, you may not enter our office at this time.

We are asking that you continue to call our office at 419-673-5201 when you arrive so that we may direct you on the proper procedures and timing for entering our office.  We are following the governor’s recommendations and will be wearing a mask for close person to person encounters.  We recommend that anyone who visits our office wear a mask as well.  We are also asking that only the individual who requires services enter the office.  They may be joined, if necessary, by a parent or caregiver.

Our staff is being screened daily for symptoms and you should expect to be screened by having your temperature taken when you enter the office.  We would like to assure our patients that we are following all recommended hygiene procedures for not only ourselves, but also our building and equipment.

As you know, recommendations for safely navigating this pandemic can change on a daily basis and we will adjust as needed.

For eye health emergencies outside of these hours, we will available on our regular emergency service line at 567-674-0531.

We wish the best for each and every one of our patients and we hope that everyone stays healthy and symptom-free. Together, we will make it through this crisis.
Best wishes for good health,

Kenton Family Eye Care
